The S2 PUMA Series 2 EDXRF gives you everything you need to measure and monitor the elemental composition of your samples, regardless of your industry or working environment.

The S2 PUMA uses an end-window X-ray tube to directly excite X-ray fluorescence in a sample. By setting the high voltage and choosing the filter material, the energy range is selected.
