Multi-vendor system integration & installation

Instrument manufacturers are often limited to supporting their individual instruments – leaving it up to the user to chase down and manage multiple service contacts. In many cases we not only coordinate but execute multi-vendor installation. Being manufacturer-trained on complimentary techniques allows us to install everything together and deliver a complete solution.

We even coordinate with our manufacturing partners’ service teams to schedule installations and integrate our solution for the customer.

Warranty management

Eliminate any concerns about getting lost in large company service departments. We can assist with troubleshooting via email, phone, remote connection and onsite assistance. If an issue arises, our team can often predict what parts are necessary for the repair prior to arrival. This expedites the repair process and reduces downtime and costs.


With almost every installation, our installation price includes familiarization (basic instrument training). For full operating training, we offer a variety of training programs, including on-site and custom programs.

Product support

Our support plans are designed to emulate the experience of being under full warranty. We offer a variety of support plans:

• Full-service contracts with or without preventative maintenance

• Repair-and-return service for smaller instruments. The client ships the instrument to our service depot. Once repairs are made and operation is verified, the instrument is shipped back to the client.

• Add-ons, including built-in expedited response time and OQ/PV service
